Coming off a weekend visit to Georgetown, Latavious Williams had informed OUInsider.com that he had planned on visiting Oklahoma University on Monday or Tuesday of this week. MemphisRoar had a chance late Monday evening to verify whether or not the visit will actually take place.
According to Williams, when asked if he was still visiting Oklahoma this week, he said, “No, I don’t think so.” In terms of Williams’ prior visits to Florida International and Georgetown, MemphisRoar was able to confirm that both visits were unofficial visits. When asked if he had any more visits planned in the near future, Latavious responded, “I want to visit Memphis, if they’ll bring me up.” This response implies that Latavious Williams would like to visit Memphis contigent on that visit being an official visit. At this moment Williams is unable to take an official visit to any college campus because he has not recieved the results of his standardized tests.
With the potential of any visits occurring this week looking unlikely, it is possible that Latavious may reach a decision without taking any more visits.
“I plan on announcing between the 20th and the 25th,” said Williams.
Stay tuned to MemphisRoar as we continue to follow the latest breaking news in the recruitment of Latavious Williams
