MemphisRoar has learned that Eric Sebastian will be the new Director of Basketball Operations for Memphis. Eric Sebastian is currently the Director of Media Relations with the Denver Nuggets. The DBO job is the one that is most frequently bundled with package deals involving recruits. Pastner chose to make a move to break away from that mold and hire Sebastian for his administrative ability. Sebastian has many years of experience in the sports industry.
