Madden Hearing More from Memphis
Just over the Mississippi River in Lepanto, AR, East Poinsett County High School combo guard Ky Madden says he has definitely been in touch with Josh Pastner and the Memphis staff.
“I’m hearing more from Memphis,” Madden said.
Memphis’ recruitment of Madden is nothing new. The highly athletic guard has starred for his East Poinsett squad for three years now and was a standout for the Arkansas Wings’ AAU team this past summer. Prior to Josh Pastner becoming the head coach at Memphis, John Calipari recruited Madden to Memphis heavily.

Trevor Lacey Expected Back in Three Weeks

A few weeks back, Lacey sustained a knee injury during the opening seconds of the first overtime period against Lee High School in the final of the Area 16 tournament for Alabama. Initial word was that it was a ligament tear, possibly an ACL.
