to Memphis. He has been back in Memphis for over a week now and recently moved his stuff back home to Memphis from Alabama. Malone was challenging Darius Hanks for his starting position before being suspended for a violation of team rules by Nick Saban. This has been the buzz for a while. According to sources, Malone is excited to come back home and play for the "hometown team."

They are actually working on getting Malone eligible to play right away this year since he redshirted last year for the Tide. The local movement continues to spread.

By the way, this was MALONE'S choice to return home, not fallout from his suspension by Nick Saban. He could have stayed and the Bama staff wanted him to stay, but the door was opened with the suspension.
