Coach's name is Jim Pletcher. He was a DC and LB coach at Memphis. I am not sure if he was there when Porter was. The earliest I have seen him mentioned at Memphis was 1996. I think he left when Rip did. He went to William & Mary as a DC and then took the HS job in Florida.
