Lambert holds a Memphis offer currently and was planning to visit Charlottesville with Lawe on the weekend of January 22. Those plans will obviously change. Lambert had been invited to visit UVA with Lawe, but without an offer in hand.
Instead, Lambert will visit Memphis on January 22. That bodes well for the Tigers. Lambert is a valuable do-everything player who would offer Memphis many options. Given his size, at 6-1 185 Lambert is college ready for the positions he played in high school.
