Check to make sure your payment was made this month. My automatic payments stopped without any action on my part. Must be a website problem where the payments are accessed. One day I was locked out, checked my past payments and saw where this month did not get paid(come out automatically), therefore no premium. Still not back on premium until I hear something has been fixed with the registration site.

Payments don't go through when there are problems with the credit card. Usually it happens when you get a new card with a new expiration date or the payment is denied for some reason. It's not something that can be fixed by us.

Yes I know these things and anything is possible with banks (especially if you opt out of overdraft protection). But nothing has changed on my card, been working for months until this month. And with all the problems people are having, just thought it would be worth investigating to see if this is common among other subscribers. Sorry if this issue has already been looked in to.

i'm locked out of premium....had the same problem monday and then tuesday was able to get in no problem...now locked out again....any help or a pm would be appreciated,thanks....also no longer says im premium???instead says freshman??

I bumped your membership up for 48 hours so that @Tigerstripes can try to figure it out. It looks like it was set to renew on the 14th and just never did. The odd thing, though, is that it doesn't have a failure logged for the rebill. We'll figure it out though. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I am showing that your membership renewed yesterday. If that's not the case then logout of the forums here and go to http://memphisroar.com/amember/member.php and login. After that try to access the Premium forums. Post back if you have problems.
