i was just listening to George Lapides on the radio and he and boat said breaking news Rudy Gay will need surgery and will miss the rest of the season. So the question is thrown out there now can the Grizz make the playoff without Rudy?
I think we almost look like a better team without him yes he is a huge part of this team and why we are where we are now, but the last few games we have looking like one of the most unselfish teams in the NBA and i think it has to do alot with not have that one superstar that sometimes gets in the way of winning close games.
So what do yall think do we make the playoffs without Rudy?
We make the playoffs, but the team won't generate the same level of excitement (ticket sales) without him. It's a shame, the Grizz need the money.
I Was Asked to Leave the Tad Pad
It's good that we're so stacked at that position now, but it will still hurt not having the explosive offense and late game heroics he can offer. I'm just glad that we have a team and are not going to be successful solely based on the presence of one player.
