NBA looking into Jay-Z's visit to UK locker room

Jay-Z, part owner of the Nets, was in the locker room after UK secured a Final 4 spot. He was seen in a picture posted on Twitter by one of the players.

Rules prohibited team personnel from being in contact with college players that are not yet draft eligible.

Is this just NBA rule or does NCAA have any rules for this locker room problem. Would NCAA look at this as talking to an NBA team kinda just testing the waters thing, or would this be like talking to an agent. Just high hopes i guess but come on cal being shady again
